The Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to join our London based team. This is a full time position within our company, which involves managing long-term grant-based projects; overseeing and further developing key services as well as technology products; coordinating work tasks across cross-functional teams; and supervising our growing team of sustainability analysts.

You will be required to manage a variety of tasks with a steep learning curve, will be given immediate responsibilities on team and project coordination and will have opportunities to manage client relationships with prestigious brands.

We are also in a testing phase of our new mobile app, which is being developed and trialed as part of the UK Government’s Smart Meter Innovation Competition.
The Considerate Group also supports hoteliers with advisory services, which cover CSR strategy, staff workshops, management of resource consumption, corporate reporting and the provision of various sustainability toolkits.
We are a small, albeit constantly growing team of dedicated hospitality and sustainability specialists, currently operating out of London and Munich, and servicing clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating long-term projects, including management of cross-functional teams, business and technical milestones, and budget delivery
Involvement in grant scheme management from bid writing to project delivery
Overseeing and further developing product and client services including bespoke reports and tailor-made services
Overseeing the testing of a new mobile app and the running of the Con-Serve™ platform to a high standard
Supervising a growing team of sustainability analysts
Managing and developing client relationships
Supporting team with technical troubleshooting
Liaising with diverse stakeholders from government representatives to utility technicians
Required experience and interest:
Min. 2-3 years’ work experience in project management
Experience in people management and/or supervision
Experience in developing and/or delivering products/services of a technical nature
Interest in sustainability and hospitality
Interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment
Essential skills and traits:
Analytical skills, including good knowledge of MS Excel
Flexibility – ability to work with cross-functional teams and managing a variety of tasks
Problem solving skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Ability to solve technical challenges

Desirable:
In addition to the skills above, having experience in any of the following areas will facilitate your settling in to this role:
Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
Knowledge of the UK utility market and electricity/gas metering
Foreign language(s)
